Overview

Version one of the Trusted MCP server is live at your-workspace.istrusted.io/mcp. It's the first step toward Headless Advocacy: any MCP-aware AI agent can now search your accounts and opportunities, get matched advocate recommendations, request reference calls and propose new advocates, all through a secure, governed tool layer. This is just the first release, and we are adding capabilities fast.

The Model Context Protocol is fast becoming the standard way AI agents connect to the tools teams already use, and Trusted now speaks it natively. This is the foundation of what we call Headless Advocacy: the full power of Trusted, available wherever your team already works, no UI required. Point a compatible assistant at your workspace endpoint and it can reason over your advocacy data and act on it, with every call scoped to your tenant and your permissions.

The headline capability is the reference-call flow, run end to end from a single conversation. An agent can find or create the opportunity, load its full context, pull ranked advocate recommendations, submit a reference call with the advocate you confirm, and check its approval status, all without anyone leaving the chat.

Agents can also keep your data current and grow your advocate pool. They can create companies, opportunities and leads, link leads to deals, and propose new advocates for manager review. Proposed advocates land in a pending state, so nothing goes live without a human signing off, and a set of read-only lookup tools handles the supporting reference data behind the scenes.

This is version one. Nineteen tools are available today across lookups, the reference-call flow, writes and reference data, and we are expanding the surface quickly, guided by how teams actually put agents to work.
