First look at analytics & performance reporting.
There's a new Analytics tab in the sidebar. It pulls revenue influence, advocate coverage, programme activity and performance into one place, and it's only the first batch of graphs - more are landing all the time.

Overview
Analytics is live in the left sidebar. It opens on an executive summary of the revenue advocacy has influenced, then works through coverage, programme health and performance. Nearly every graph has a time range and a Configure button, so you can take the same chart and cut it by region, industry, seniority, product or advocate type.
Analytics is here to answer the questions programmes get asked most: how much revenue are we touching, where do we have advocates and where are we thin, how much are those advocates actually doing, and how fast do we turn a request from sales into a reference call.
The executive summary opens on revenue influence - everything advocacy has been involved in, won or lost, next to the total won. Advocate coverage sits alongside it as a cumulative view, split by seniority or by advocate type, so you can see programme members and non-members together or narrow it to just one.
Configure is where it gets interesting. On the coverage charts you can change the time range or rebuild the chart around something else entirely - geography, industry, seniority, region. The spider diagram does the same for coverage by region and product, and the company chart shows who holds the most advocates, whether that's your top 10 or your top 50.
Programme health leads with acts of advocacy. It shows completed acts by default, and you can widen it to include requests still in flight. It draws on every request the platform has sent plus anything you've logged by hand, which makes it the clearest single view of how much is going on in the programme.
Performance is about how well you're servicing sales. There's reference call fulfilment and average time to fulfil, which you'll want heading downwards, and match performance for judging how good the matches between advocates and opportunities really are. Performance insights rounds it off with win rate and average deal size on advocacy-influenced opportunities.
Up next: pulling CRM data in, most likely Salesforce, so you can put advocacy-influenced deals side by side with the ones without advocacy. Plenty of you already see the uplift - we'd like to show it in a graph. New charts are going in regularly, so keep an eye out.
