About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Customer-Led Growth Consultant to join our expert network. You're a highly regarded, trusted operator - a builder of customer marketing, advocacy, and experience programs that actually move the needle.
You've built and scaled these programs within large, complex enterprises. You've got the scars (and the wins) to show for it. Your former colleagues recommend you without hesitation. And now, you're ready to share your wisdom and help shape how other enterprises activate the voice of the customer as a growth engine.
This isn't a tactical role - it's a strategic advisory partnership. You'll collaborate with Trusted and our enterprise clients to co-design, pilot, and evolve next-generation customer-led growth strategies that deliver commercial impact.
What you'll do
- Design Customer-Led Growth Programs: Define and architect scalable customer advocacy and experience initiatives that drive tangible results across revenue, retention, and reputation.
- Advise at the Executive Level: Partner with C-suite, marketing, and customer success leaders at our enterprise clients to shape customer-centric growth strategies.
- Shape Pilot Programs: Collaborate with Trusted to design and co-lead pilot engagements that demonstrate ROI and drive buy-in.
- Develop Trusted's Playbooks: Codify best practices, frameworks, and success models from your experience into reusable assets for Trusted's platform and services.
- Advocate for the Customer: Ensure that programs not only serve company goals but deeply reflect the voice and value of the customer.
- Mentor Internal Teams: Support Trusted's product, go-to-market, and customer success teams with insight and practical advice drawn from enterprise realities.
- Create Thought Leadership: Share your perspective with our community through events, content, and workshops, positioning Trusted as a category leader.
What we're looking for
- Deep enterprise experience: ideally 10+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, or experience leadership roles.
- A track record of building and scaling: high-impact customer-led growth initiatives inside complex, global organisations.
- Revered reputation: former colleagues and execs speak highly of your strategic vision, collaborative style, and execution chops.
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams: product, sales, marketing, CS-around customer truth and impact.
- Practical knowledge of tools and platforms: and processes that enable scalable advocacy (but not beholden to them).
- A passion for what's next in B2B go-to-market: AI, real-time content, community-powered growth.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: and helping build new categories from scratch.
- Bonus points: if you've worked with (or been burned by) traditional reference or case study programs - and want something better.
