Paul is an accomplished executive with over two decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the digital marketing and technology sectors.

Paul co-founded the award-winning digital experience agency Mediablaze. He successfully guided the company through its growth phase, leading to its acquisition by iCrossing in 2021. As the former CEO of iCrossing, an eight-time leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Global Digital Marketing Agencies, Paul spearheaded the company’s business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.

Paul is a certified Forrester B2B marketing and CX professional. He has dedicated many years to helping global B2B and B2C brands transform their customer experiences, driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results.

As co-founder of Mediablaze, one of the UK’s first content marketing agencies, he led the business through its growth and successful acquisition by Hearst Corporation. At iCrossing UK, he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, guiding strategy, technology, and data teams to help clients achieve meaningful change.

Roger has a deep understanding of both the brand and consultancy, with experience working alongside Fortune 100 companies and start-ups alike. His expertise lies in crafting customer engagement strategies that utilize data, technology, and personalization to boost growth, loyalty, and retention.

As a certified Forrester CX professional, he adopts a strategic approach to developing engagement programs that drive brand advocacy and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Eva Rosipalova is a customer-centric marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in developing and driving marketing strategies in B2B organizations. Most recently, she served as the Head of Customer Marketing & Advocacy for EMEA at Cisco, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives that significantly increased customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.

Previously, as the Head of Marketing for Cisco Central Europe, Eva designed and implemented marketing strategies that increased the company market share and revenue in the region. Her extensive experience includes leading award-winning digital campaigns and redefining regional marketing strategies with a focus on digital innovation and customer experience.

As the Global Customer Stories & References Lead at Cisco, Wynn led the creation of the company’s first centralized customer reference program. This initiative united diverse teams across the organization, resulting in a streamlined process for capturing and promoting customer stories and advocates. The program significantly accelerated sales and marketing efforts, influencing $55.7 million of pipeline in its inaugural year.

In Wynn’s role as the Global Lead for Customer Success Stories within Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) business unit, she launched a comprehensive advocate lead sourcing program, achieving a 100x increase in leads and a 20x boost in pipeline. She also introduced the “CX Customer Hero Awards,” fostering deeper customer advocacy and engagement for the CX business.

Before working in Customer Marketing, Wynn held leadership roles at early-stage tech startups and, while based in Shanghai, China, multinational organizations. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Stanford University.
